Ich habe eine Tiramisu-Torte mit zart schmelzender Sahne und Schoko-Kuchenblechen gemacht! Schließlich enttäuscht Tiramisu nie. Es ist ein köstlicher Kuchen, der sehr gut zu weicher Sahne und einem mit Kaffee gefüllten Schokoladenblech passt.

Der geschnittene Querschnitt ist geschichtet und hübsch, also liebe ich es, und ich denke, es ist ein tolles Geschenk zum Valentinstag oder zum Jahrestag!

Ingredienser

Kaffesirap

  • 100 ml vatten
  • 20 g socker
  • 30 g Espresso

grädde

  • 2g bladgelatin
  • 200 g färskost
  • 80 g vanlig yoghurt
  • 50 g socker
  • 1/2ts vaniljextrakt
  • 160 g vispad grädde
  • Chokladkaka ark
  • Kakao pulver

Gör så här

  1. Lägg gelatin i vatten och blöt i 10 minuter.
  2. Gör kaffesirap genom att blanda vatten, socker och espresso.
  3. Lägg färskost + vanlig yoghurt i en skål och blanda, tillsätt sedan socker + vaniljextrakt och blanda.
  4. Ta bort vattnet från gelatinet och värm det i mikrovågsugnen i 10 sekunder för att helt lösa upp det.
  5. Tillsätt ostsmeten och blanda.
  6. Tillsätt vispad grädde och blanda.
  7. Lägg ett chokladblad på formen och täck den med rikligt med kaffesirap.
  8. Häll på grädden, lägg ett ark på den och täck den med kaffesirap. Upprepa en gång till.
  9. Dekorera med grädde ovanpå och stelna i frysen i 1 timme.
  10. Strö rikligt med kakaopulver.
