Ingredienser

  • 140 g vitlök
  • 190 g olivolja
  • Krossad röd paprika
  • Persilja (eller din favoritört)

  • Baguette
  • Soltorkad tomat
  • Parmesanostpulver
  • Peppar

Gör så här

  1. Skär bort toppen av vitlöken och förbered den.
  2. Lägg vitlök i en kastrull och häll olivolja.
  3. Tillsätt krossad röd paprika och persilja (eller din favoritört) och låt koka upp på medelvärme.
  4. När vitlökens färg blir brun, sänk värmen till låg och koka i ytterligare 15 minuter.
  5. Lägg över i en skål och bred på baguetter eller bröd.
