Jag gjorde en charlottetårta med gröna druvor som sprudlar av fräschör~

Jag tycker att friskheten fördubblas genom att blanda grönt druvkött med yoghurtmousse~*^^*

Dessutom är den skurna delen naturligt graderad, vilket gör den mjuk och vacker.

Smaken av yoghurtmousse och grönt druvkött blandas, och den sötsyrliga smaken är härlig.

Jag tycker att Charlotte alltid är snygg eftersom kexplåten på sidan ger kakan en lyxig känsla.

Pressa vispad grädde på toppen och skär gröna druvor ovanpå för att ge den en fräsch och sval känsla.

Ingredienser

  • 2 äggulor
  • 10 g socker
  • 2g vaniljextrakt
  • Maräng (2 äggvitor + 40 g socker)
  • 50 g kakmjöl
  • 120 g vanlig yoghurt
  • 60 g socker
  • 2g vaniljextrakt
  • 4 g gelatinark (eller 3 g pulveriserat gelatin)
  • 240 g vispad grädde (vispad 50%)
  • 90 g grön druva
  • 10 g socker
  • 2 g gelatinblad (eller gelatinpulver)

Gör så här

  1. Blanda äggula, socker och vaniljextrakt, tillsätt maräng, blanda, sikta mjukt mjöl och blanda.
  2. Lägg den i en spritspåse och panna i en fyrkantig ugnsform och en rund form, strö över sockerpulver två gånger och grädda i en ugn som är förvärmd till 190 grader i 9 minuter.
  3. Skär ut den bakade plåten med en 15 cm rund ram, och skär kanterna på den bakade plåten i en fyrkantig form i tredjedelar efter storlek.
  4. Lägg arket delat i 3 delar på sidan av ramen och sprid det runda arket på golvet.
  5. Blanda vanlig yoghurt, socker och vaniljextrakt, tillsätt smält gelatin, blanda och blanda i 50 % vispad grädde.
  6. Överför moussen till en annan skål och ställ åt sidan.
  7. Finmala de skalade gröna druvorna och sockret i en mixer, tillsätt smält gelatin och blanda, tillsätt sedan lite grön matfärg och blanda.
  8. Tillsätt (7) till den förberedda moussen, blanda, häll i formen växelvis med vit mousse och stelna i kylen i 1 timme.
  9. Häll den återstående gröna druvmoussen på toppen, platta till den och stelna den i kylen i 2 timmar.
