Jag gjorde gräddbröd genom att fylla kondenserad mjölk grädde på bröd med en väldoftande smördoft~
Baka brödet något och gör en skåra för att göra 6 skivor, och pressa grädden emellan.

När du pressar grädden, börjar från utsidan och går inåt, tror jag att du måste pressa den tjockare för att få en snygg form~
Det är färsk grädde med kondenserad mjölk, så det är mer smakrikt och smakrikt, så det är jättegott~^^

Du kan ändra krämen till din favoritkräm, som vaniljsås eller färskostkräm.
Eftersom vädret blir kallare nu för tiden kan jäsningen ta lång tid i rumstemperatur, så jag lägger den på 50 grader varmt vatten för att jäsa den, men det tar kortare tid och jäsningen är bra.

Ingredienser

  • 130 g varm mjölk
  • 5 g torrjäst
  • 250g Brödmjöl
  • 30 g socker
  • 3g salt
  • 1 ägg
  • 50 g osaltat smör
  • 1 äggula + 10 g mjölk
  • 200 g kraftig grädde
  • 50 g kondenserad mjölk

Gör så här

  1. Tillsätt torrjäst till varm mjölk och blanda.
  2. Blanda mjöl, socker och salt i en bakmaskin. Tillsätt ägg- och mjölkblandningen och knåda i ca 10 minuter.
  3. Tillsätt mjukt osaltat smör och knåda i cirka 15 minuter tills det är slätt, gör en rund form, lägg den i en skål och täck den med plastfolie.
  4. Lägg degbollen i en skål med varmt vatten på ca 50 grader och jäs den i ca 40 minuter.
  5. Ta bort gasen från den jästa degen och dela den i 4 omgångar, täck över och jäs i ca 15 minuter.
  6. Töm gasen, forma den till en cirkel, lägg den på ugnsformen, täck den med plastfolie och jäs den tills den fördubblas i storlek (cirka 40 minuter).
  7. Blanda äggula och mjölk, applicera på toppen av degen, grädda i en ugn förvärmd till 170 grader i 18-20 minuter och svalna.
  8. Skär det kylda brödet i 6 lika delar.
  9. Tillsätt kondenserad mjölk i den vispade grädden och vispa den hårt, fyll sedan i grädden mellan bröden.
