Jag gjorde en fuktig och söt ångad kaka med kondenserad mjölk~
Den ångade kakan är en tårta med en konsistens som ligger mitt emellan ett ugnsbakat tårtark och en riskaka som Baekseolgi.

Jag gjorde det enkelt genom att vispa marängen för hand utan att använda ugnen genom att minimera verktygen.
Öppnar du locket mitt under ångningen kan toppen krympa, så det är bättre att inte öppna locket under gräddningen.

Om du skär den medan den är varm kommer den att kännas mjuk och fuktig. Jag bakade den högt i en 15cm form, men jag tror att det skulle vara bra att använda en 18cm form~

Ingredienser

  • 3 äggulor
  • 200 g kondenserad mjölk
  • 30 g osaltat smör
  • 6 g vaniljextrakt
  • 140 g kakmjöl
  • 7 g bakpulver
  • 2g salt
  • 60 g mjölk
  • 3 äggvitor
  • 50 g socker

Gör så här

  1. Tillsätt kondenserad mjölk till äggulan och blanda. Tillsätt osaltat smör och vaniljextrakt och blanda.
  2. Sikta det mjuka mjölet, bakpulvret och saltet och blanda, tillsätt sedan mjölk och blanda.
  3. Medan du vispar äggvitorna, när bubblorna stiger, tillsätt socker 2~3 gånger och vispa tills mjuka horn bildas.
  4. Tillsätt marängen i gulesmeten 3 gånger.
    Dela i en skål, blanda, häll i en form klädd med bakplåtspapper och ånga i 30 till 35 minuter på medelvärme.
