I Cooking Tree serverar vi läcker chokladkaka i schackbräde och vi visar dig hur du gör den från grunden.

Jag gjorde en glasyrkaka med mörk chokladkräm~
Jag tror att det blev en enkel schackbrädetårta genom att göra en rutig form med vanilj och chokladplattor~

När chokladkrämen stelnar är den hård så jag tror att krämen breder ut sig bra om man jobbar snabbt.
Om krämen stelnar mycket, värm spateln med en ficklampa eller varmt vatten för att göra den slät.

Det är mycket choklad i krämen, så du kan känna den fylliga chokladsmaken.
Jag tycker att det är en enkel men fyllig tårta~

Ingredienser

Chokladkaka ark

  • 3 ägg
  • 75 g socker
  • 10 g honung
  • 3g vaniljextrakt
  • 25 g osaltat smör
  • 40 g mjölk
  • 82 g kakmjöl
  • 8 g kakaopulver

Vaniljtårtsplåt

  • 3 ägg
  • 75 g socker
  • 10 g honung
  • 3g vaniljextrakt
  • 25 g osaltat smör
  • 40 g mjölk
  • 90 g kakmjöl
  • 200g mörk couverture choklad
  • 70g Kraftig grädde
  • 35 g osaltat smör
  • 7 g kakaopulver
  • 200 g kraftig grädde

Gör så här

  1. Placera en skål med ägg på en kastrull med varmt vatten, tillsätt socker, honung och vaniljextrakt och rör om tills temperaturen når 40 grader.
  2. Vispa med stavmixer tills det blir ett fylligt elfenbensfärgat skum, sikta sedan det mjuka mjölet och kakaopulvret och blanda.
  3. Häll lite av degen i skålen med smält osaltat smör och mjölk (temperatur 50-60 grader), blanda, lägg i huvuddegen, blanda, häll i en 18 cm form och rensa luftbubblorna.
  4. Grädda i en ugn förvärmd till 170 grader i ca 30 minuter, svalna, skär toppen och botten och skär i 2 bitar. Förbered vaniljplåten genom att grädda och skära den på samma sätt.
  5. Skär arken i 15 cm, 11,5 cm och 6 cm och sätt ihop de två arken genom att byta dem.
  6. Smält den mörka couverturechokladen, färsk grädde och osaltat smör i mikrovågsugnen i cirka 1 minut. Sikta kakaopulvret, blanda och kyl till ca 27 grader.
  7. Vispa den kalla vispgrädden och när bubblorna börjar stiga, häll i chokladblandningen lite i taget och vispa den till grädden.
  8. Lägg 1 ark på den roterande plattan, strö över sockerlag, applicera grädde och lägg ett annat ark ovanpå.
  9. Upprepa och applicera krämen på sidorna och toppen, och stelna i kylen.
